Meet our team

Mel is owner and head of Huber’s Harvest Farm. He manages the cow-calf operation, hay and straw business, and overlooks all operations on the farm. Aside from our farm, Mel works full-time at the utilities company. His hard work-ethic reflects positively on everything he does.

Diane is the co-owner and the Head of Produce. Diane picks vegetables and fruit for the stand EVERYDAY by hand. She works endlessly to provide the community with the freshest produce possible. Aside from the farm, Diane teaches a “farm” class at a local preschool. Earning her degree in 1986, Diane has made it a goal to teach as many children about agriculture and its relation to everyday life.
