Coming from deep farming roots in Germany we found it fitting to select the German word for pasture, Weideland (V-eye-da-land). This unique name portrays our farming practices as we believe our cows should always have free roam in our luminous pastures.

WHAT IS BEER-FED BEEF?
Grass-Fed…Beer finished… Beef! Our beef is raised on green pastures and enjoy spent Beer grains from a local brewery for dessert! Spent grains are the leftover grains from the process of making beer. It contains NO alcohol and is rich in fiber. We pair the brewers grain with other grain and always allow our cows to have free roam in our grass pastures. Therefore providing our beef a well-balanced diet.
