Our story
Huber’s Harvest Farm was established in 1987, after the marriage of Melvin Huber Jr and Diane Laudenklos. Their initial farm stand launched in June of 1987, beginning on two sawhorses and a board. Soon after, the business and our family expanded. Mel and Diane raised four children, Elizabeth, Travis, Melvin lll, and Olivia. Together Mel and Diane established their agricultural skills and knowledge from their family farms in Baltimore county. They later passed these skills down to their children. Today, the Huber children are placing their agricultural talents back onto the family farm. Each year the Huber family develops new ideas on sustainable and safe farming practices. The Huber family takes great pride in providing a variety of fresh, and safe products.

The Huber children are now growing the business. Through online sales, sustainable farming practices and much more, the Huber children plan on continuing the authenticity Mel and Diane have built over the years.
